"Woodrow Mingee Services for Woodrow "Woody" Mingee, 74, of 4540 GiffordRoad, who died Wednesday morning at his residence, will be 2 p.m. Fridayat Day Mortuary with the Rev. Earl Miller officiating. Burial will be inRose Hill Cemetery. Born May 6, 1943, in Ridge Farm, Illinois, he wasthe son of William L. and Gertrude Martin Mingee. He was retired fromHigh Speed Recap Co. of Bloomington where he had worked for 40 years. Hewas a member of Eagles Lodge of Bloomington. Survivors include hiswife. Ella Maxine (Clemens) Mingee, three sons: William Mingee, MaxMingee, and Michael Mingee, all of Bloomington. Three daughters:Patricia Larimer of Bloomington, Rita Ingraham of Elgin, Illinois, andBeth Maxwell of Harrodsburg. Three grandsons, three granddaughters, andone great granddaughter. "Ralph Clarence Mingee, 64, of 8120 N. Old Ind. 87, died early today athis home. Born March 18, 1915 in Illinois. He was the son of WilliamLittleton and Gertrude Martin Mingee. He was employed for 38 years bythe High Speed Bandog Co. He attended 11 St. Penticostal Church and wa amember of Eagles Lodge. He has been a resident of Bloomington since1932, when he moved here from Illinois. Surviving are three sons: DaleMartin, Carl Clarence, and Larry Lee Mingee - all of Bloomington. Threedaughters: Mrs. Jim (Edith Joann) Stone, Mrs. Harry (Mary) Brough, andMrs. Donald (Carol) Foster, all of Bloomington. Three brothers: Lelandand Woodrow Mingee both of Bloomington, and Herman L. Mingee ofPensacola, Fla. Three sisters, Emily Rice and Leota Conner, both ofBloomington and Mary Taylor of Attica Ind. 18 grandchildren and onegreat grandchild. "July 7, 1987 Leland R. Mingee, 70, formally of 620 W. 8th St, died thismorning at Bloomington Convalescent Center, born Jan 18, 1917 inDanville, Ill. He was the son of William L. and Gertrude (Martin)Mingee. He was a retired custodian supervisor for Monroe CountyCommunity School Corp, and had previously worked 22 years as a diamondsawyer in the limestone industry. He was a member of Fairview UnitedMethodist Church, Eagles Lodge, and Moose Lodge. Survivors include twodaughters, Linda Kutche of Bloomington and Sharon Barnett of Spencer.One son, David Mingee of Bloomington, two brothers: Woodrow W. Mingee ofBloomington and Herman L. Mingee of Florida, eight grandchildren, and twogreat grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Ruth (Hopper)Mingee, three sons, three sisters and three brothers. Services forLeland R. Mingee, 70, of Bloomington, who died thursday at BloomingtonConvalescent Center, will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Day Mortuary with BrotherRobert Fenton officiating.
